Hello Everyone.

No...I have not been off sulking like a silly teenager today!

We had no internet most of the morning and then I had meetings.

Very frustrating.

I only got home late because I spent half an hour comforting our HR manager.

She has just split up  with her husband and moved into a flat and felt a bit overwhelmed.

Make that VERY overwhelmed.

A very scary step for any Mommy with two kids.

It has been a corker of a day today.

It was 35 degrees by lunchtime.

I got home and told Jasmine we would go to the beach when it had cooled down a bit.

She sat in her chair with her head resting on the arm.

Staring into space and looking very depressed.

Damn dog.

As you can see she perked up considerably when we got down there.

I have great news.

Well, it is for me.

After three weeks of arguing with my fat it has finally decided to let go.

It has become very attached to my body and likes it here.

I have now managed to shed five kilos.

Actually I am going back to the imperial system.

Eleven pounds sounds so much more impressive!

When I am depressed I don't drink so that might have been the trigger.

The only problem is I can't really see where I have lost it.

New Attitude is very sweet and says she can see it but she loves me.

I think I might have lost a kg on each boob.

Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Now I am off to do the dishes.

Then a cold shower and wash my hair.

As Madmom would say...I have kak hair tonight.

Copious amounts of sweating will do that to a person.

Have a wonderful evening and tomorrow I will be 80million rand richer.
